Shed A Light (MTG VinaBounce Mix 26)

About VinaBounce

Typically 140 BPM

VinaBounce is the Vietnamese-leaning branch of the Southeast-Asian bounce family, sitting between Vinahouse and the Melbourne-style bounce kick. The CPUDJ record pool groups it with Matiangu (玛田鼓) and Diudiu Drum (丢丢鼓) under one "东南亚风格" category, and in practice it functions as a remix/edit tag: producers take popular songs — Chinese pop, Western hits — and rebuild them over a driving four-on-the-floor bounce with sped-up vocal chops and quick drops. It is high-energy and functional rather than subtle, sized for KTV private rooms and peak-time club floors. Most CPUDJ listings tag it at 140 BPM.

DJ tip: Treat it as interchangeable with Matiangu and Diudiu Drum in a set — same family, usually the same 140 BPM tag — and mix on the shared bounce kick, riding the familiar vocal hook into the next track.
